*Notes: Both the Lifecycle and Capability Track ITIL Expert program include 6 full courses with exams, eLearning, workshop materials and Sony eReader. iPad2 can be purchased for an additional $300. All exams must be completed and passed before you can take Managing Across the Lifecycle.
