Over the last several weeks, Cask’s Special Projects Team has attended several European defense conferences in Brussels and Germany.  More than anything else, effective planning and procurement are the biggest factors facing every defense ministry and multinational organization in Europe; and consequently the primary topics of most discussions we encountered.
